Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from or through Creative Mastery Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), including through our website, landing pages, payment links, online programs, digital products, services, memberships, workshops, webinars, consultations, and related offerings.
By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. General Policy
1.1 We are committed to providing each customer with a high standard of service.
1.2 Due to the nature of our business and the immediate accessibility, delivery, or availability of our digital products, courses, services, and related content upon purchase, all refund requests shall be governed strictly by this Policy.
2. Refund Window
2.1 We offer a 7 (seven) day refund window from the date of purchase.
2.2 If you are not satisfied with the product or service purchased, you may submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2.3 No refund request shall be considered if submitted after expiry of the 7-day period.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 To request a refund, you must:
- (a) complete the refund request form available at the following link: Refund Request Form; and
- (b) send an email to connect@creativemasteryhub.com.
3.2 Submission of a refund request does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
3.3 We reserve the right to review, verify, and determine eligibility for any refund request in accordance with this Policy.
4. Conditions for Refund
4.1 Refunds may be considered only where:
- (a) the request is made within the 7-day refund period;
- (b) the request is submitted through the prescribed form and email process; and
- (c) the purchase is identifiable and verifiable in our records.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or otherwise not made in good faith.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
5.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated by us in writing, refund requests made after the 7-day period shall not be entertained.
5.2 Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges, or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law and subject to deduction where applicable.
5.3 Where access to digital content, sessions, downloads, recordings, templates, communities, or other benefits has already been granted, we reserve the right to assess and determine refund eligibility in our sole discretion, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Orders for digital products, courses, memberships, programs, webinars, consultations, and other offerings may not be cancelled once purchased, except as expressly permitted under this Policy.
6.2 Cancellation of a purchase does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the refund request qualifies under this Policy.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
7.1 If a refund is approved, the amount shall be processed through the original mode of payment or such other mode as we may determine appropriate.
7.2 Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, card issuers, financial institutions, and other third-party processors.
7.3 We shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions after a refund has been initiated by us.
8. Right to Modify or Refuse
8.1 We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this Policy.
8.2 We also reserve the right to amend, modify, withdraw, or update this Policy at any time, provided that the version in force on the date of purchase shall apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
